Abigail Gelotte's Election Statement

A year ago, the MVA board appointed me to fill an empty position, left vacant when one of the board members moved out of state. I eagerly jumped in to do whatever I could to help out. After spending the summer helping with the Friday night races, I am excited to make “the show” one of my goals for next year. I would like to see more fan and community participation in addition to the already outstanding races each week. I also want to increase communication between the MVA Board, MVA members, and the Racing community though website updates, digital communication, brainstorming meetings, and the creation of member task-force teams to take on important projects for the MVA.  If we work together, next year will be even better!
