Beverage Garden/Biscuits THIS Friday!

It’s finally that time of summer, that time you can come out to the “Track of Champions” on a Friday, “Catch the Excitement”, and also share in a delicious Mac & Jack’s Northwest craft beverage or a select Patterson Cellars fine wine (a.k.a. “Catch a Buzz!”)

The Adult Beverage garden has long been a mainstay here at the Velodrome – it is an important fixture in our community and a constant source of entertainment.  Most importantly, we can always count on our beverage garden partakers to make TONS of noise as our racers roll by each and every lap, offering up equal parts encouragement and deranged insult!  If you had someone that wasn’t already entirely sold on the “Friday Night Experience”, invite them to join you this Friday, July 5th for our season-first beverage garden, sponsored by Mac & Jack’s brewing.

Without the support of Mac & Jack’s, a local brewery from right here in Redmond, and Patterson Cellars, a long-time partner of ours from Woodinville, Washington, we wouldn’t have been able to offer this valuable and cherished tradition to our community.  Patterson Cellars makes a return as a beverage sponsor with the MVA after having partnered with us in previous years – they are well respected for their passion for making beautifully crafted wines and produce roughly a dozen wines annually.  Mac & Jack’s has been a leader in crafting creative and flavorful craft beers in our region for twenty years and has become an iconic company here in Redmond and in the entire Northwest region.  The MVA is proud to partner with both our beverage sponsors for the 2013 race season.

The MVA is aslo proud to present our newest sponsors and partner for the 2013 season, the Seattle Biscuit Company!  These two rockin-and-rollin food truck chefs are bringing their delectable hand-baked goodies here to us at the Velodrome every Friday night for the rest of the season.  That’s right, you can fulfill your thirst AND your hunger right here in Marymoor Park at the Velodrome!  And to add some extra incentive for our racers, they’ll be baking up ten biscuit premes each Friday night.  Be sure to follow @SeattleBisCo to keep up-to-date on their hours of operation and current location.  If nothing else, you know you can always find them here in Redmond feeding the hungry at the Velodrome.
