At the Jerry Baker Memorial Velodrome we believe participation in and support of the sport of cycling should be open to everyone which is why we are committed to maintaining a safe, open, and welcoming space for all people. We expect all of our community to be a part of these ideals. If you feel unsafe, unwelcome or witness any bullying or derogatory comments toward another member of our community especially related to race, creed, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, physical or mental disability, please reach out to us directly (either race-night staff or the board directly at admin@velodrome.org). You will be heard, and we will work with you to address your concerns. Of course, we would much rather prevent these issues from occurring in the first place, so please reach out if you have any suggestions on how we can make the track a more inclusive and welcoming community.
