It’s that time of year. We need new board members! 3 positions will be opening up at the end of this season.
Sitting on the MVA board is a great way to directly affect change within the organization. It’s how we’re able to maintain and grow events like the Marymoor Grand Prix, Fred’s Race, our weekly race series, e-pacing and new rider classes.
Deadline for submission is September 26th. The current Board will review the applications and new members will be installed at the October 12th, 2021 meeting. Haste makes waste so get your applications in soon!
The board meets once a month. In regular years these are held in person in the greater Redmond area, however depending on the makeup of the board these can be moved. As of 2020(COVID) these have all been virtual meetings (slack or zoom). Board members are expected to be active on Slack and emails.
